Before launching Bay Island Advisory, I spent 33 years in engineering and construction, serving in project management, project development, preconstruction, operations, and executive leadership roles. I led teams, managed complex projects, carried P&L responsibility, and helped deliver results in high-accountability environments where margin, execution, risk, and leadership all mattered.
Today, I bring that same structured, practical approach to business and wealth strategy coaching. My work begins by helping owners find the profit already hiding inside their business. From there, we build the systems, scorecards, rhythms, and accountability needed to protect and grow that profit. For owners who want to think beyond the business, I also help them strengthen their financial decision-making, better understand alternative investments, and explore strategies for turning business cash flow into long-term wealth, freedom, and legacy.
